I’ve lived through years of chronic pain. At my lowest, Chronic Fatigue and joint pain made even basic movement feel impossible. The turning point came when I focused on nutrition.
Maya created Deflame to manage the inflammation, then Complete Repair when a torn meniscus led to lasting knee pain, and Pure Protein to rebuild lost muscle. Every product we make at Rhythm is rooted in that experience. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own body — and how much the right support can change that.

I developed Deflame for Yasir because I couldn’t watch him go through constant cycles of pain, side effects, and setbacks. NSAIDs like Ibuprofen were hurting more than helping — affecting his sleep, gut, and overall well-being. I wanted something gentle, effective, and safe for long-term use.
At the same time, I was battling my own sensitivities to additives in food, skincare, and more. It opened my eyes to how hard it is to find clean products that actually work. So we stopped searching — and started making them ourselves.
